    I want to change the address information that I saved while registering.

    Once you have logged in to marul.com, you can access your current address by going to the "My Account" page and clicking on "My Address Information" from the menu on the left side, and you can easily change the address information you want to change.

    How can I add more than one address to my membership information?

    After you login to marul.com, you can update your current address by going to "My Account" page and clicking "My Address Information" on the left side menu, you can add new address (es) by clicking on "Add New" button and filling in the form on the page.

    I want to finish my marul.com membership.

    To finish your marul.com membership, you can either fill out the contact form on our contact page or contact our customer service.

    How can I subscribe to marul.com newsletter?

    If you are marul.com member; you can be informed regularly by ticking the box next to "Newsletter Subscription" at the bottom of the page on the "My Account" page after you have logged in as a member. If you are not marul.com member; You can be informed regularly by entering your details on the "Become a member" page and checking the box next to "Newsletter Subscription".

    I want to cancel my marul.com newsletter subscription.

    After login to marul.com, you can cancel your e-newsletter subscription by going to "My Account" page and unmarking from the box next to "Newsletter Subscription" under the account page.

    How can I see special offers and deals for me at marul.com?

    If you are a member of marul.com; you can see the campaigns / notifications of that store you want to shop by entering the store page, and you can see the general campaigns / notifications of marul.com when you have not selected any stores.

    How is the order collected and prepared?

    Your order is collected by marul.com merchant store staff you have placed your order and is prepared by bagging separately according to the products you ordered.

    What is the minimum amount to create an order?

    The minimum amount required to create an order is determined by the store where you place your order.

    Shall I pay delivery / shipping fee for delivery of the order?

    No, you shall not pay any fees when you receive your order.

    How can I make an order?

    After you login to marul.com, you will be directed to the page of that store once you have selected the province, district and store you want to shop in. You can add items to your shopping cart by selecting the items you want to order and then choosing the amount you want to purchase, by browsing the shelves on the page of the store or by typing the product name or brand on the search field above the page.

    How can I complete my order?

    The products you have added to your shopping cart; you can see instantly from the window on the right side of the pages, the prices, and also the intermediate sum of the products in your shopping cart. After finishing your shopping, you can go to "Shopping Cart" page by clicking on the "Go To Cart" button on the right side of the page; you can increase / decrease the amount of products as you wish from the shopping cart. After you have completed your update process in your cart, you can complete your purchase by clicking on the "Proceed To Checkout" button and selecting your invoice and delivery address / new address and choosing your payment method.

    How do I know if the order is approved?

    After your order finishing process, an e-mail is sent about your order and your order information, then your order is prepared from store personnel and your order is confirmed. When your order is confirmed, you will be notified with your email address that you registered as a member.

    What is the deadline for canceling an order?

    You can easily cancel your order without facing any problems before the status of your order is "Prepared".

    Can I update my order?

    You can contact with our customer service to update your order.

    I have notes about the products in my order, how can I add them?

    When you add your product to your shopping cart, you can add your note about that product using the note field in the opened window. You can also send your general notices about your order from the note field on the order page.

    How do I search for products at marul.com?

    You can search for products using the search bar in the green area at the top of the page. The search you have made, lists the products from your chosen store.

    Can I make an order without searching or navigating through the categories?

    Yes, by clicking on "My orders" from the menu on the left side of the "My Account" page, you can repeat an order you have already given.

    Can I select alternative products for the products in the order?

    If the product you ordered is not in the stock, you can choose the alternative product options yourself. Those are;

    -You can choose your own. When you click this option, a screen will appear where you can select an alternative for all products in your shopping cart. In the note field, you can enter your preferences. Example: any 1 liter milk

    -You can ask from us to choose the product. When you click this option, our team in the store will choose the best alternative for you. First, they will prefer different sizes of the same brand, after the same dimensions of the closest brands as alternatives. If you are not satisfied with your original selection or alternatives, you can return the desired product in your shopping cart instantly during delivery. As always, you pay as much as you receive.

    -You can specify if you do not want alternative products. When you click this option, alternative products will not be delivered if the product is not in the store stock.

    What kind of action is being taken when I select "I don't want any alternatives"?

    If you click on the option "I do not want alternative", alternate product delivery will not be done instead of the exhausted product in store stocks.

    What kind of action is being taken when I select the "You choose the alternative product" option?

    When you click on the "You choose the alternative product" option, our team in the store will choose the best alternative for you. First, they will prefer different sizes of the same brand, after the same dimensions of the closest brands as alternatives.

    Can I return the alternative product(s) at the door if I do not like it?

    You can instantly refund the product you want in your shopping cart at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product that whether your original product or not. In this case, you pay the total amount of the product (s) that you have received on the delivery.

    Packaged worn, crushed food product (s) were delivered. How do you deal with the return/exchange of these products?

    You can return your orders items that are worn, crushed or expired at the time of the delivery. Requests for return or exchange of the product (s) according to the request you send to us via our contact form or our customer service are forwarded to the our member store as soon as possible. Also, you can complete the transaction with your receipt face-to-face with authorized personnel of the store.

    Can you ship the orders to different provinces with cargo?

    Marul.com does not sell any products. Only the dealers we deal with receive requests for orders through our platform and provide service within the boundaries of the province and district where they are located.

    Do I pay a fee to become a member of Marul.com?

    You can sign up as a customer to our platform for free. We do not have any fees from our members.

    Does Marul.com has any app on IOS or Android platform?

    You can download and use our Marul.com app free of charge from the Apple Store and Google Play.
